In the academic year 2009-2010 summer term, Süleymaniye-0910 is the digital milieu of the architectural project 4-5 conducted by Ipek Akpınar/Bihter Yılmaz/Dila Gökalp at ITU.
Focusing on the radical urban transformation of the globalising city in the third millenium, the studio aims at unveiling layers at a traditional neighbourhood, the Süleymaniye district as an alternative architectural discussion platform in the studio for the confrontation and/or togetherness of the global / the local.
